Consumer received check in the amount of $3,762.50 from Advent Financial Survey, 2114 Central St, Kansas City MO 64104 (PO Box 24221, Kansas City, MO 64108 is another address for business). She was told to call business when she receives ck for instructions as to which businesses to go to purchase six reload money cards, each for $500. She should then complete surveys on businesses visited for money card purchases, keep $700 for her wages & use the balance of the check for postage to mail the money cards & surveys back to Advent Financial Survey. Consumer did not follow through.
