I was approached via a temp agency AP Professionals who I have used in the past. An Allison Brown who claimed she was with AdventHealth reached out about a Financial Service Office Admin position. This position was paying 650 per week for 10-15 hours of remote work. They sent me a check to purchase required equipment. Please see attached email for list of equipment and the money they were sending to purchase. I received a check on 3/21/23 to be cashed to purchase the equipment. I was able to cash the check at my bank and then the conversations between "Allison" and myself started to become suspicious. She asked me to make a zelle payment of 950 to this email address [email protected] who was supposedly the independent supplier who I had to purchase the equipment through. I did send the Zelle payment and then asked to have a phone call with her because I had more questions. She claimed that she couldn't talk due to having hearing loss. I called the number anyway and it said that the number was no longer in service. At this point I will be going to my bank to have the check reversed and I am currently out $950.00
