Advertisement Popup Facebook Scam Reports & Reviews (1)

- Scottsdale, AZ, USA • Feb 05, 2024

It was an advertisement that popped up on Facebook, and they claim to be owned by Elon musk, and all these other people endorsed their product. But when I went to check out on my cart, they had a whole bunch of auto filled things that I did not notice until I completed the purchase so I had to call and cancel one that was obvious, but I did not know that if I didn’t return the first six bottles within 30 days of my initial order date, they would automatically send me another six bottles and charge my credit card without my authorization.

They actually charged my credit card before the 30 days were up and shipped the bottles early. I thought I had 30 days to at least test them but I only had essentially two weeks. So the first shipment I had to keep .

When I called to tell them, The person I spoke with told me where to return the product to, and that they would only reimbursed 15% of the second shipment. I got very upset and she hung up. I have not attempted to call back, but I did call my credit card company and told them what happened and hopefully it will be resolved. I did send the second shipment back. They have so many hidden things. When you’re checking out the cart they auto fill and then auto charge you and it’s scary.
