John attempted calling a minors phone number asking about financial information hardship. I stated to John he was calling a minor and I’d like to know the reason for the call, John failed to provide with the request provided and hung up. I called back trying to get more information about the company and various representatives failed to provide me with information regarding the company. I spoke with different representatives, one provided me his employee id and the other denied to provide his id. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied. I asked for the supervisors name from two different representatives and was provided two different names, one being Beverly Hills. I was asked to be placed on the do not call list
