First I received a phone call from HP I thought and they referred me to this Advoco Software , so I called them and they first set me up with Norton Antivirus trial and told me once they received payment that they would install the permanent one. Well they received the payment but they didn't give me the Norton as I was told it was another free Antivirus site. My check was sent out 8/7/17. A few times after I received calls asking if I sent the check and I told yes and it cleared my bank. So this weekend during the hurricane they call me and I told I couldn't talk to them now for them to call me in a few days. When the called they said that the other technician made a mistake and gave me the wrong software and they were going to fix it and send me my money back. So by remote access to gain access to my computer. So then I hear that this person Michael made a mistake and gave me $5,0039.99 into my account how I don't but did it twice. I didn't bother looking where it came from I just was that amount was in my account. So for the past 3 day I had to go to Walmart and get a total of $20,000.00 of gift cards and then give him the card numbers, Sorry to say I did. He said that he will replace my money. He said also to destroy the cards and receipts. I did kept the last 5 cards and receipts. I called my bank when I realize that they hacked my account and never deposited any money to me that it all came from my credit card with the bank. I called them up last night and they told me one of other customer was scammed also. Michael answered the phone one I told him it was him he handed to phone to someone else saying there is no Michael here and this is Advoco then another person came on saying that this they are from Walmart and they hung up on me. I called my bank and placed a fraud claim with them
