I received a letter from this group claiming I was being sued and they listed two people that they could subpoena. They even said they’re investigator found a property that I owned when in fact, the address they put on their doesn’t even exist.

Received a letter on 11/6/23 stating I am being sued for "NSF Fraud-check-N-Go Payday Loan". They claim I owe $5,257.93.That I must pay by Nov. 10, 2023.

I have not taken out a loan. They listed two family members that could be "subpoenaed if it is taken to trial". The people listed is a very distant relatives that I have not spoken to in years nonetheless used them as a reference on any legal forms.

Be warned, they have a website that looks legit. They offer two options: Make a payment and/or contact them. The address is of Jacksonville, Fl. However the postmark on the envelope is from Salem, OR mailed out of Portland.

Attached is the letter (personal info redacted) and the envelope.
This is really pathetic that they can scam so many people and have no consequences!

Received a letter threatening to file suit over a payday cash advance I never took out. It registered former family members as references, whom I have not spoken with in 20+ yrs. They demanded $665.30 payment. They have their phone number listed 1-800-399-5341 and an actual website: www.AeigisLG.com.

1- the letter looks totally fake. They are using the term "wire fraud" CCing "US District Court" (No district). I do not owe any money and if I did, Statute of Limitations in CA is 4 yrs. I have not used a payday loan in many many many years. The letter also has a fake "FILED" stamp that lists their name as "clerk" and a 6 months ago date.

2- Address in Jacksonville is a PO Box. Stamp on letter is Salem Oregon
