Never received the walker ordered for a handicapped relative. The company appears on FaceBook to be US based. When you place the order, you receive an email in confirmation, but the credit card gets charged through PayPal to a company FuXing, which appears to be in China.

After waiting 4 weeks for the walker, we received 1 paper underwear in the mail, complete with a long black hair in it.

Filed a dispute with PayPal, who then informed me that FuXing will issue a credit after “FuXing receives the returned shipment”. PayPal provided the address for the return, completely written in symbols, which appear to be in Chinese. Again, we never received the walker - just 1 disposable paper underwear.
