This business (Reyes Construction Consultants Inc.) was previously AE&P Inc, out of Hobart, Indiana. They have an “F” rating with the BBB for many complaints and countless acts of fraud. They will ask for a larger than normal down payment up front, and then not do any of the work. They stole $2,500 from me without doing one thing. They also took $12,000.00 from a police detective in the area for a driveway that was never done, along with numerous other people that he stole from. The owner has aliases such as Roberto Rey, Robert Rey, Roberto Reyes, Robert Reyes, and Yogi Reyes. His real name is Luis Reyes, Jr. and has several warrants in the Northwest Indiana region for fraud, theft, and other actions. He has prior records in Hillsborough County, Florida for assaulting a pregnant woman, theft, possession and selling drugs. Another person that he may use to obtain business contacts is Ramona Mora. Phone numbers associated with his business are (813) 863-0533 or (941) 256-4011 in Florida and 219-973-5122 in Northwest Indiana. By posting this, I am hoping to save as many people from getting ripped off as I can from this scammer. Please share this with as many people as you can to spread the word. Thank You.
