Received a call with a spoofed local number. Threatened legal action. It is very simple to look up any pending court hearings in your county. Be careful of these people. They are just bullies looking to scam and scare people.

OMG, I just got a call from this company as well saying that I owe HSBC Credit card. $1890.. I am sitting at my desk listening to this lady by the name of Kristin Miller with a K as she spelled her name .
Told me that HSBC is getting ready to prosecute me for Neglect of paying this old card I had back in 2015.. But told me I made a Payment in November of 16$ I asked why would I make that payment. I called the Credit card company and gave my information. They never heard of this company further more don't have this number or could not pull me up.
My head is hurting already by now..
I look the address up and it is a Petsmart and it has no type of message on answering machine.
I am so glad I did not fall for this and give my information to her..
Why why do people try and take your money..
Please every one be aware of AEP Solutions.. I am waiting for her to call me again.. I have some choice words for her.
PS It was a Premier Master Card.. my credit is not that good to get that card and I gotta have a bank account before applying for it..
The nerve of People.. ( she must knew I get paid on the 1st of month)

Husband told me: Sounded legit, but i never got a loan from cash net. sent email that looked legit. After getting home and researching found out that i was scammed and the address is a shopping center with a petsmart and nobody has heard of the business. they dont answer their phone number they gave me. Im out the money because i was working and distracted and they threatened to prosecute etc... have to cancel my card to stop additional payments.

Harassing calls, knows last 4 of social, employment, address. Calling to close an old account, threatening getting served. I have been getting the calls for months, and they refuse to send any info, and say a processor is already scheduled to serve me, and garnishments are about to go in to effect.
