I had other competitors come over to my house a couple of days later and they did beat Aesop’s Gables LLC price. I contacted Mr. Ortega and left several text messages and voicemail asking since he stated they would beat competitors’ price that I am certain that would mean I need to sign a new contract with a lower price. I was not getting any responds from Mr. Ortega or from Aesops for several weeks. Finally, Mr. Ortega contacted me on August 11, 2023 saying he no longer works for the company and mention because the owner was gambling and stealing from the company that he advise me to contact Lender (Cross River Bank/Momnt) . He mentions he had not been paid for the sales he made for the company. And gave me a person of contact for Aesops to cancel my order.
Mr. Ortega gave me contact information to contact [email protected] 505-317-7104 which I sent an email that same day Aug 11, 2023 to Lender/Aesops kmanning and inform them I wanted my contract cancelled. But received email return email saying employee no longer works there. Was referred to another person of contact [email protected] which I sent her an email asking to cancel my contract. I did receive a responds on August 14, 2024 from her stating due to company closing and order was never placed contract would be cancelled and they would be working with Lender Cross River Bank/Momnt.
I forward this information to email to Cross River Bank/Momnt. Who stated they would investigate and put my loan on hold and no interest or no reporting to the credit bureau would happen. As a matter of fact when I initially contact the Lender on August 11, 2023 and informed them of this possible fraud the agent I spoke to stated they had several other complaint for this vendor Aesop’s Gables LLC in New Mexico
Almost a year has passed since this this happen and Cross River Bank/Momnt has started reporting me to the credit bureau. I am trying to get Lender to contact Vendor Aesop’s Gables LLC because I never received services from them nor did I ever received products “windows” I am not going to pay for something I never received. BEWARE not only is this company worthless so is this Lender.
