I placed an order for a pair of shoes. Initially, I got an email saying they were off work because of the Chinese New Year and all shipments would be shipped on feb23. Up until the 23rd they were replying to emails but after the 23rd they stopped replying and giving me updates on my order. I filed a dispute with my bank a week later and the same day, I received an email from them stating my item was shipped. The tracking number I received said the package was shipped on the feb20th from Italy and delivered feb21st in Budapest. The delivery was also signed for. That is not where my package was supposed to be sent. I reached out to other people that have used this website and they also informed me that the company was ignoring them for up to 2 months and no product ever arrived or was shipped. Please stay away from this business. Still working on getting my money back with my bank.
