This business is doing fraud. They are advertising real registered nurses as their staff. They are only LVN’s who took a week long course. This practice can only be done by an RN or at least someone with a bachelors degree. It is not safe to be letting someone work in a studio practicing on people’s faces without knowing the anatomy. Originally, I inquired about having the line in between the eyebrows removed from the forehead. She assured me she can do it, and even said we can come back to her if it is not gone within 13 days of procedure. This was a money back guarantee she promised us. I zelled her $355 immediately after procedure. After the 13 days had passed, we did not notice any difference in the forehead. This is when I began to do more research in the business and found out that none of the staff is actually licensed or qualified to be performing such procedures. We reached out to the business requesting a refund, and they blocked us. I’d like to know if they can be investigated.
