The scammer used Facebook Ads to advertise a free 6-week fitness challenge. When I signed up, I paid $399. I attended no classes and received no services. Within 24 hours I decided the program was not for me due to it likely being too hard on my joints. When I contacted the scammer named Cooper he told me he would not issue a refund because he had emailed me a nutrition PDF (something easily attainable on the internet) and he had me download a free app to open the door of the gym. I explained that these were not services and no refund policy was written down or discussed. These are despicable business practices and a complete scam. I am pursuing the charges via my credit card company as well.
