They said I would receive a tracking number so I could check when it arrived, but I didn't receive anything, which made me think it might be a scam. It thankfully arrived in abut 4 weeks. The product is pretty good (I ordered both male and female), but some pieces fall off very easily. I also bought 2 because it had a get 2 get a free accessory kit, but the kit wasn't included. Some people thought it would add automatically (the ad doesn't establish that) so they didn't receive it. I did add it but I didnt receive it either, and it's been over 2 months.

In summary, the ads are deceiving, the customer service sucks, and the product is not worth the $70+ bucks. Better to use your money elsewhere.

They charged me twice for an item I ordered. When I received the receipt, I immediately contacted them and told them that I was charged twice and to cancel the duplicate item. They told me that they could not cancel the transaction, so I asked them to provide me with a refund and to not send the duplicate item. They blatantly ignored my email and sent the item anyway. Now I'm going to have to pay for the shipping cost in order to return the item. They don't even refund the money to your original payment method. Instead, they give you store credit. Aeternis is a fraudulent business. DO NOT BUY DRAWING FIGURES FROM THIS COMPANY!!
