Ordered Keto Gummies 12/16/24 @ $239.99. Husband didn't want and I called to cancel the next day. Told to return shipment when it arrived. Credit card credited. The gummies arrived and I returned to sender. Credit card charged again 1/16/24 and then again on 2/16/24. Told I cannot cancel, I am set up for monthly payments. Will not credit my card. Asked to speak to supervisor. Told there is none. So I'm out $479.98. Will call my bank and see if they can get my money back, that this is a scam. Also will get a new credit card number.

We originally ordered a set of bottles of Ignite keto gummies and paid for them with our charge card. Then 3 months later they send us a package of 6 more bottles and charged our credit card for them. WE DID NOT WANT THEM AND DID NOT ORDER THEM. THEY ARE WORTHLESS. We have since sent them back to the post office box in Lakeland Fl where they came from having to to pay for the postage because when they arrived we did not know what was in the package and opened them. We are also planning to change our financial numbers with the hope that they will not be able to charge us again in the future.
