I live in VA. Rec’d VM msg saying it was Aetna about my pharmacy benefit. I do have Aetna pharmacy benefits but they asked for me to enter my phone number when I called back. Insurance company would NEVER ask you to do this. I called Aetna pharmacy and they said no call from them was recorded. I never called back and blocked the number. Retirees in VA have options for their pharmacy benefits they r not locked in to Aetna.

I received an email stating that my application with Aetna healthcare has been reviewed and processed to the interview level. I was instructed to email the ***** email (I have screenshots of the entire conversation) and from there instructed to interview via google hangout. Once on google hangout, I was instructed that the interview will be conducted through text. After answering regular interview questions, I was offered the job but was going to receive a payment for the work software. However, I kept pressing the issue of a cover letter to be sent to me before I agree with anything. A check was sent to my apartment and a printed out letter without a letterhead, signature, nor professional title. I have not responded since.
