The message was for my 20-year-old son who is a dependent on my insurance and asked if this was he. At first I said No and then it gave the option of leaving a message which basically said call us back. I called back again and this time said “yes.” It then said do you have a prescription you’re filling and I said yes. Then it asked to confirm my zip code which I did. Then it said, “ Be sure to follow your prescribed medication usage information and follow your doctors instructions.” Really bizarre!
