Affirm sent me 3 "is it you" verification emails in a row. When I called their customer service line, they kept asking me for information about me. I didn't give any because I was skeptical about who I was talking to and since I don't have an account with them, it was weird they wanted my birthdate to "confirm". Both times I was on the phone for over 15 minutes. When I started asking about which email was real (@e.affirm.com or @affirm.com), both people put me on hold and the disconnected the call. When I called back one time, they immediately hung up.
