Do NOT trust these people. They took on a project that they could not achieve. We sent all links and reference samples we were trying to achieve which was a digital printed micro fleece, then they tried to give us a sublimated piece, we asked them multiple times for the 50% refund minus the sampling fees (even offered 1K for one wrong sample for their time to JUST get our money back), and they will not return the money even though they aren't doing the style anymore and did not hit any deadlines (took 4 months for an incorrect product). Jason who is the head person for support has been combative and trying to push blame on us after he admitted many times that he himself would be frustrated and if they didn't get the sample correct they would return our deposit (plus it states this in the contract), they still haven't. We have submitted all evidence to Better Business Bureau as well. Please save your money and time and DO NOT trust these people with your time and money!! We are not the only ones experiencing this...
