I was in need of a manufacturer to produce some items for me. I went with Affix Apparel because they were in the USA and stated to be a American Manufacture. After I was under contract I learned that the manufacture was in Pakistan and that my production would be delivered directly to my doorstep in the order that was described on my contract which I entered into on January 9, 2023. I had made my payment in full on January 10, 2023 via Credit Card for the production to start on time as encouraged by Steve the Sales Rep. I was asked to send a copy of my receipt which I did and I was informed it was being handed over to production. When Jason came on as the overseer of production I had informed him that I needed to increase the units but was eagerly awaiting the sample or swatches since they already had the design and it was approved by me for the run of production. A week had gone by nothing. I emailed again requesting the desired sample I was promised or the swatches within 15-20 days, nothing. When I asked about these items I was met with excuses. I called I was told that they had a call in with the production team to see where they were in the process. I called again to follow up the following week to see how they were going to manage to get me the sample as well as my goods to me by the time of my in hand deadline which was communicated numerous times from the beginning and throughout the numerous stalling tactics. When they saw my frustration they gave a a choice to see the sample via pictures or video so they can make my deadline. Two weeks out from my deadline I was told that the material they sourced did not meet their inspection process. I still have yet to see anything in regards to the sample or proof of production. A week before my delivery date for final product I get a call from Jason stating that he received word from his finance team stating that my initial payment was not received from their merchant account and he was to advise me to contact my credit card company, get a refund on the paid amount and pay them again. I was furious. I called the bank had them look and triple check and my payment was made and gone through. I provided proof as well as the authorization code, reference number for the transitions, copies of the receipt from their system and screenshot of the payment clearing. They still maintained that as soon as I make another payment they would ship me my goods. When I told them the refund would not be that easy they further more told me that it would be fine they would not challenge it and the money would come right back. I did not like the feeling of how they kept pushing for another payment when I made payment. I called my bank again and they advised me that this sounded suspicious to them. Asked me to cancel the order and have them state it in writing so I could file a proper dispute. Once I did get that I filed. Still no pictures of my sample. However, once they realized that I was ultimately done and not falling for the lies, received a picture of my swatches! A sentence saying here are the swatches just send payment. What a waste! One of the biggest projects of my career down the drain. I worked months on this and for all of it to be ruined by a company that clearly does not care about the circumstances of those running a small business.

Claims to be a real company but is not accredited in CA. They have people put up fake reviews and also copy your name to be more “legit”. You pay for a product and receive it wrong then they do not let you get your refund which forces you to work with them. But they never give you your product it has been 9months and I haven’t gotten anything legit from them.
