Order was refunded without explanation from Affluent Interior

On 7/3/23, I received an email from the company stating that my order had been refunded (I did verify with my credit card account that it was). However no other information was provided as to why (I did not request an refund or cancellation). I have tried emailing the company ([email protected]) and also tried chatting with them on their website multiple times. No one is responding and there is no phone number listed on their website.
I am concerned about two things - one, that this is a fraudulent website/not a real store and two, that they are stealing credit card information from orders that they accept and then refund. I checked their Facebook and Instagram accounts and nothing has been posted since 2021. On their last Instagram post, someone commented that no one was getting back to that person about a refund.
