It looked like an established business, but when it came to paying for the puppy it seemed less professional. Then when I was given shipping information the shipper started asking for more money for things like insurance and electronic kennels. They made it sound like it was refundable on delivery. I do not think there was ever any real puppies, they certainly were not shipping. When I confronted the breeder, that I expected him to meet his shipping agreement he refused and made it seem I was being unreasonable. They refused to refund anything, total scam.

After searching Internet to purchase a puppy, I came across affordablebichonfrise.com. After viewing the puppies for sale at this website, my family selected the puppy we wanted to buy. I contacted the seller at [email protected] and told John Grants (may be a fake name) how to proceed in purchasing "Max", the puppy we wanted to purchase. He said I could use Zelle, Apple Pay, or Chime to send money to Patrick Yancy at [email protected]. I used Zelle to sent $400.00 + $200.00 for shipping cost.

For shipping, he said he uses Sepca Pet Global Logistics, a fake company which I found later after losing $900.00 for *required* Insurance cost to receive puppy. After paying Insurance, I never received the puppy. I believe Affordablebichonfrise.com and sepcapetglobal[logistics.com are partners in crime to scam people known as puppy scammer.
