The owner of the company asked for money up front and promised an initial pool filter change, pool cleaning and chemical balance, as well as, weekly cleaning services. We have yet been able to swim in our pool because it is cloudy and the water is not clean and the filter has not been changed as promised. The services on the pool were not performed and the pool filter was not changed. We confronted the owner and she lied about her employees coming to do the job. Now we cannot reach her to get a refund or the services performed. We have spent $1400 for nothing in return. I have attached an image of the “new” filter she claimed to have put in. As you can see, the filter is not new and clearly used.
