I ordered a spa cover sept 2022 with and paid extra for rush manufacturing. A few days later i got an email telling me to upgrade for better quality top. Total i spent 523.99. Credit cards have 60 day window to report fraud. I called in December 2022 and was told supply chain issues with covid was delayed. Today the number is no longer in service and website is down.

Ordered a spa cover from their website. Seems they were already struggling financially after looking back on other complaints but they took my money and order. No refund no product.
