I ordered a memorial gift and never received it. I tried reaching out to the company but never heard anything back from them. The memorial gift I ordered was called The loss of a Father Fisherman Memorial jar. I paid about 40 bucks for this and thought it would be a great memorial gift. It is so sad that these scammers take advantage of people in the most difficult times of their lives.

I placed an order for a windchime from afreshdecorate.com (Via Facebook ad) on January 8th 2021. On January 19th I received email stating my order was shipped and tracking number. On January 23rd I tracked my package and received notice that it was delivered to my mailbox on Jan 18th... Lexington VA... I live in Lexington SC.

Jan 23rd, 2021- emailed [email protected] that there was an error with screen shots of the tracking page and received this response "Thank you. We've checked your order if there is no update it may be something wrong with the system."

Jan 25th- emailed [email protected] the exact same message.

Jan 27th- emailed [email protected] the whole story including screenshots of all emails and received "we are sorry that the system matched the wrong tracking number to you."

Feb 2nd- emailed [email protected] that since they continue to not supply me with a new tracking number or any information i requested I wanted a full refund and would be reporting this. I also asked for someone from their company to call me. The response to this was please send us your order number... i did and recieved a message "your order is on the way" no information for me to track it and no answers to my concerns.

Feb 9th- emailed [email protected] again requesting a full refund as it has been over 30 days since i placed my order... it still hadn't arrived... and they were not updating my information that i requested.

I also emailed- [email protected] with all the above information and the responded back... we need your order number!

Feb 10th I have tried to report them on ScamPulse.com but cannot do anything because I don't have an address or phone number.

I HAVE PROVIDED THEM ORDER NUMBERS AND SCREENSHOTS MORE THAN 8 TIMES AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED AN INFORMATION IN RETURN ABOUT MY PURCHASE. THIS COMPANY IS FAKE AND TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE.

I ORDERED A WINDCHIME IN HONOR OF A FAMILY MEMBER THAT DIED AND THIS WHOLE PROCESS HAS JUST MADE MY GRIEF EXACERBATED!

PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!!

I ordered a stained glass product in December. A few days later I read a review that the item received was a plastic replica of a stained glass item and not what was pictured.  At that point I contacted the company ([email protected]) to ask what I'd be receiving, and to cancel it if it was the replica. I always got vague answers and was told that it had already shipped. There was more correspondence as I had to fight for a tracking number. One was provided finally...and tracked to my local post office but was delivered to someone else...the post office confirmed the tracking number did not belong to me or my item...we can only conclude it was spoofed somehow. A fake tracking number! I've reached out several more times to the company for a new tracking number...they said there was an error but there was no way to give me the correct number. HUH??? They avoid my emails and requests for a refund ($52). I've opened a case with my credit card company. No product and no refund. Steer clear of this company. Afreshdecorate.com. I've also since heard about a few other people having similar issues. The website has wording that doesn't make sense and there is no address. I believe it is in China though.
