I ordered this product in December. Only after I reached out to the company multiple times did they respond and tell me there was a supply chain issue. It’s 6 months later and I have reached out several more times for the product or some type of information regarding my order or an explanation as to when I will receive my order or if they will refund my money as well as shipping.
