I purchased VIP tickets for $150 to an event scheduled in Washington, DC. The event was nothing as advertised and I contacted the company to receive my refund. I have a long email trail saying that they were going to refund my money, but they never did.

I placed an order on 11/28/22 and as of today nothing has been received. I have sent over 4 emails in which they replied to 1 stating they would look into the issue but never got back with me. When I went to their Instagram page I started reading the comments and they have done SEVERAL people the same way. However, they still have their website up and still allowing orders to be made. This issue is unfortunate because I tried going through them to resolve the issue first and they never replied.
