I ordered via the website, paid via PayPal. That was on October 22nd. I never received any communication regarding the order or the order itself

This so called company I located on Instagram. I placed my order in Aug for a hair steam cap and I've been emailing them since September. They were in contact but they were giving me the run around and many many lies like the order was being shipped. Still to this day I have not received my order or a refund. I went back onto there Instagram page and this has happened to multiple others. I've still constantly messaged them and sent emails and they are not responding. This is definitely a scam and they need to somehow be shut down and put on blast.
