Received a call from this company stating that I owed $1300 from a payday loan taken out in 2014. They had my bank account number. Fortunately that account had been closed. They called my brother saying I was under investigation and I was about to be served papers unless I pay this loan, I spoke to Casey on the phone who sounded very professional, and I almost fell for this scam, but I told her I needed to go to the bank since my bank statements only go back seven years online. She said that it is very time sensitive because once I’m served the papers, there’s nothing she can do and I would be required to pay an additional 1500 in court fees , I copied and pasted this email address in Google search and came to this website. I’m so glad I did because I was all prepared to pay the $1300. I called her back and told her that this is a scam I said shame on you you should get a real job and that I’ve reported this company.

Was called by AFS Associates claiming I have to go to court if I don't pay in full or payments, claimed I had a loan from Ez money back in 2013, said it was deposited to armed forces bank, (which is for military or veterans) I'm neither, claiming I will be served in 2 weeks and will have to go to court if I don't pay, they had all of my information somehow.
They even emailed me a document to sign in agreement to pay the terms with all of my information on it...SCAM I believe , I've never took enough a loan out from ez money

This store has accused me of owing them money, If I borrowed money from the,I paid it back. I don't owe this Payday Loan Store anything. Thank-you.
