This company uses shill bidders and other illegal and fraudulent practices in auctions to run auctions up with no intention to sell the actual product and /or vehicle or services. I recently won an auction on Bringatrailer.com for a vehicle the @kylelaib listed with a "RESERVE". I met the reserve and won the auction. Kyle Laib and his dad Scott Laib (the shill bidder and actual owner of the vehicle) then refused the sell of the vehicle after I had already paid 5% to the auction site and worked with a shipping company to get the vehicle delivered to me. This company as well as Bringatrailer.com are frauds and need to be gone so someone else doesn't have to go through this agony. I have a great legal team and motions are in place.
