After realizing days later that I still hadn't received any refund for the pants, I emailed them immediately to inquire about when and how I was due to get my refund. Over the last week, for days in a row, I've been receiving emails saying that there's an error and that the email address that had sent me the refund email was no longer working.
Even though I received no refund, The payments are still being taken out of my account every two weeks for this pair of pants I will not be receiving.
After I did an online search I found they had an overwhelming "81%" of one star reviews across the board from potential customers calling them a scam, describing the same experience I am currently going through.
I had to report them to my bank by filing a claim on the payments that are still being siphoned from my bank account.
