Daughter purchased sweater for Christmas gift and was delivered in subpar condition and design. The item was not as pictured or described and I immediately emailed the service department found on the website to start process for return and refund. Emails have been exchanged since December 8th 2024 without return or refund assistance. Currently they have emailed saying the refund has to be approved by the financial department, and most recently needing a 'confirmation from relevant departments'? I am beyond disgusted and angry that they are being evasive and will not let me return the item or provide me with a refund.
