Mike Davis - AG Insurance

In mid-March of 2022, Mike Davis reached out to me for a remote position as an assistant. He wanted to do an "over the email" interview in which he asked me how I would like to get paid. Red flag. I did some research and found this page. I then emailed him back and told him that I believe he was scamming people and gave him the opportunity to deny it, which he did not. Do not interact with this one, it is a scam.

Ag Insurance - Mike Davis Scam

I had applied on LinkeIn for an executive assistant for Mike Davis with AG insurance, he had sent me a contract, offer letter, the whole nine yards. I did not give him any of my personal information other than my email that he had when he had emailed me. I lost about $500-$900, and now I have to search for new employment of course. Beware of remote job scams, bitcoin scams. Also, he said God Bless You after almost every conversation, kept assuring me everything was legitimate, and I always responded with this seems like a scam or fraud. I did not give my personal information, I lost the money buying the card I was told to buy and send. It sounded legitimate at the time with all the documents I received and contract, however it was not. I also looked into everything and the bank accounts on the check, they are real accounts however he's stealing money from people. And then I saw this post about the scam, so it makes sense. Please be aware. I'm glad I didn't send out my personal information truly.

This person by the name of Mike Davis offered my employment without conducting an interview and kept asking me to buy supplies like checks to print out from my house and asked me to buy a laptop and ship it to someone also he asked me to buy $300 worth of Xbox encryption cards and no reputable company would make you buy these things
