Hello Mary,
I've just called the owner of Villa La Foce , some days ago I sent to her the photo together with the document you sent me.
Mrs Benedetta Origo ( the owner of Villa La Foce ) told me that this photo belongs exclusively to Villa La Foce So you can freely use it , furthermore she told me that you can write this to that company and you can tell them that if they go on asking you money you will report to the police , because this a fraud.
Mrs Origo also tried to call this tel. number + 1 855 387 8725 ( the number at the bottom of the document ) just to tell to those people to stop asking money but nobody is answering to that phone number, of course .........
