I’was contacted via messenger by someone whom. I actually knew stating she had recieved 14000.00 in winnings and that I should see if my name was pulled she gave me a place to find out after that she proceeded to tell me it was and I then was contacted by a so called agent that said it was confirmed I had won this money but that I had to get a 200$ steam card or applecard? Then contact them and that fed ex would be at my door immediately or within 4hours in cash. I told her I did not have the money and then the first caller whom I thought was a friend texted me saying just get the card I asked her since she just won could she lend it to me and I said I’d give her double back she said yes then after twenty minutes she asked if I got the card? I said well no you were going to help me she then said she spent it on bills rent ect during this time the other agent was asking again if I got the card I said no she then said could I get 100$ I said I might anyways thru out the next two days I was harassed and then it was could I get 50$ I knew this was a scam and not going into detail as to long l went and told her I’d report her for fraud ect unless she promised me this was not a scam and that it was 100% legit she agreed by text this went on til today going back and forth me asking for any proof this happens and was just kept being told to get the card I finally told both individuals I was reporting them going to the news also they couldn’t do this to people and still it was all about the card I hope that no one has or will give these people money as I did my homework and I knew the one also while I was on text with the agent my roomate got a message from the same friend as mine whom he has known for just as long trying the same scam on him while on the other phone with me! Balls that is! I’m sorry I hope this helps someone
