I was approached on Facebook by a cousin about a free grant she got. It had her picture up there. She told me I should apply. When I did, and costs were made, she confirmed she paid it and said I should also pay it. All along the way and costs, she confirmed it. Then when I started not getting the grant, she suddenly ghosted me on Facebook. So it was not her, and this Bob Smith is the scammer.
