Bob Wheeler and his associates. Hacked my friends FB/messenger account. They then proceeded to set up alias as if they were my friend. They began by telling me these non-taxable amounts of money that I could receive. That she (hackers) had gotten paid twice from them. They even went so far as say that Mayor from D.C. could vouched that the program was legit. They had a fake person text me saying she was Mayor Merrill Bowyer. (Fake). Because I thought thus to be my friend, I sent them $5,000 through PayPal. (To someone name Naudeen). After they got my money, they went on with the scam and said I owed $20,000 as tax in the $200,000 they would pay. Bob Wheeler called me everyday saying he would not refund my money and I'd get the $200,000. I didn't get anything! Even after I sent $15,000 cash because the person posing as my friend said she would loan me $5,000= $20,000. They got all this money Scam! Please beware!

I was contacted by a friend of mine via Facebook by friend request and then by messenger. ...she told me about her non refundable grant winnings and gave me the info she had for me to contact to apply. So I did and the person said I won and has asked me to pay money to collect winnings and I have taken screen shots. My friend has since deleted her messager conversation and I can no access the conversation.
