They said they were a agent for Manuel franco and that I had been picked as one that her was going to give money to. They have tried to get me to bitcoin, cash app card, send them money in order to get my money and lately they wanted me to send them my email, drivers license and social security number so they could verify that it was me then they would se d me a debit card with my money on it. I figured I better see if there was a Manuel franco then I seen the article on scammers using his name to trick people
