A text msg. About 10am on a sun. Saying a 700 million $ lottery winner in another state gave most of the winnings away. And with random drawings would give 5000$ to 200 lucky people. A no.# was given to call and leave a text a name was also given and they even linked a youtube video of a lottery winner. They also stressed not to send any money. The phone no. Was in atlanta ga. Rang but said it only took texts. The msg. Did not specify what info to send. youtube site of mega million winner ****************************************
