He contacted me through a relative's messengers page, as if he was her. Then proceeded to offer the website address to go to get the grant. The page had a "official" appearance. After I realized it was a scam and I knew my relative did not get a grant, he still proceed to explain and offer the information to obtain the grant for a "supply fee" depending on the amount you got. He was asking for information and password to Facebook and my Email. And for next 2 days still kept coming through my relative's page that Facebook closed my page and helped me to reopen it.
