Scammer posed as a friend **** ***** on Facebook Messenger then referred my mother to another scammer by the name of Agent William Derrick and kept her believing that she was going to receive a payout after processing fees, delivery and certificate fees. Both scammers were communicating with my mother convincing her that she was going to receive a payout for a government grant but scammed her out of her savings of $14,500.
