Juan’s 23,2020 I ordered a Keurig coffee maker for 67.59 to give to my wife as a gift and put in her office. I’ve tried the tracking number, Not Found. Try calling a few times, no answer or call back. Sent an email, no reply. It’s October 13,2020 and still no contact or merchandise. Please help me get my product or money back.

I ordered a coffee maker. It arrived, but it does not work correctly. Their website says you can return faulty items for a refund within 30 days but to contact them for the return address. That's where it gets dicey. Their contact info seems to be fake. Their email comes back as undeliverable. Their online form won't go through. The phone number is a Google number and no one ever answers or returns your voicemails. Thus, it's impossible to return the item and get a refund. They are thieves.

I ordered 8 of the zero water filters on June 17. I was skeptical because I did not receive an email confirmation on my order. I received a package on the 22nd in someone else's name but my address. Today after looking at the reviews I realized it was probably mine. It came from Bed Bath and Beyond which was also confusing. Not sure if I will order from them again but it was a great deal on the filters and got them quickly.

I ordered little tikes construction waffle bliocks (price has since went up) at a huge discount. Paid by paypal also came from bed bath and beyond addressed to someone else. Arrived in New condition quickly.

I purchased a Rowenta fan for 115.00. Was given a tracking number by paypal. When I tracked it, it said delivered. When I finally got hold of a human at UPS, they told me the tracking number was delivered to a different name and address . I got hold of paypal recording and reported this. They told me to give the buyer some time to contact me, and then call back and file a claim. That's a joke, I have tried contacting them with 30 calls and as many emails. This is a total scam. I can only hope paypal can help me when I call them back. Buyer beware SCAM

I ordered a Rowenta Fan for 115.00. I was given a tracking number from Pay Pal, and it was supposedly delivered. When I got hold of UPS they told me it did not match my name or address. It was delivered to a totally different person . This is a total scam. I am working with paypal to get a refund, but I have to give them time to contact me. That is a joke, after 30 calls, and as many emails, no one has contacted me. Buyer beware. Go to Amazon or walmart, pay a little more, but you will receive your product.

After seeing this page I questioned agentmart, but I received my order within two weeks. I got the zerowater 8 pack replacement filter for $62.99+tax, it came from what seemed like bed bath and beyond (the receipt and packing tape both said bb&b), it was addressed to some random person, but it came on time and with the correct stuff. I don't think agentmart is a scam, but based on others experiences, it may not be run very well

After ordering I read the reviews on site and I was scared I called the credit card company and I got refund but I got my order delivered on time and I paid the money back to CC company. I will recommend this company surely as I got the cheapest price on this company website through Google.

Purchased a Step water table for my Granddaughter on 4/30/2020, paid through PayPal as a guest. UPS states the table was delivered to a different address with my name on in it in the same town. I have called several times and sent several emails but those come back undeliverable. I have filed a claim with UPS but they say it's the shippers fault, I cannot get hold of PayPal since I paid as a guest they are not answering their phones during the pandemic. I have resorted to asking my bank to file a dispute against they company. Do not buy anything from this company!

I purchased a Step2 Rain Shower table for my grand daughter for $168.53. I received a confirmation email of my order which showed the correct shipping address. I tracked the package through UPS and I called them because it showed delivered with a signature. I Never received this. I emailed Agentmart more than 6 times and I have left a dozen messages and of course, Nobody is responding. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FOR ANYTHING! It is a scam!

I ordered a child's picnic table w/ umbrella. When the item was delivered it had my address on the box with someone else's name on it AND it was the wrong item. I've called and left several messages and sent several emails to correct the problem. Not one has been returned. I'm filing a claim through Paypal. This place is a SCAM! Buyer beware!

Purchased a Zero water 40 cup water dispense $55.10 total and got a UPS tracking that said delivered but it was not delivered. Box no where to be found! Putting in a claim with PayPal. No claim able to be put with UPS as it says to contact the shipper! Emailed and called and no reply or answer!

Never buy from here and I hope this crook is caught. My wife bought a pack n play for 56.17 on the 2nd of April. That day I did get an email confirming our order, but nothing else. A few days later I checked to see if there was any more emails, nothing, and checked my PayPal which was what we purchased from. I saw that it was delivered by a Traversrestaurant (a place in New York), but it luckily had a tracking number through UPS with the date of April 20. They came in with but no package so I looked up again on UPSit said it was delivered with the sender's notes of dropped off at the back door and some other notes.I looked online at the website and saw that they had several items, many multiple with different prices on them and knew it was a scam. Came to find out we weren't the recipients nor did address matched so I put in a lost package claim. Come to find out today it was delivered to a Gilberto in our city in California. I sent an 2 emails to Agenmart and called them twice. I made a claim with PayPal and they reimburse my money and they are investigating into it. If you paid by PayPal do the same which will help find this person as there is always a source even if we can't see it on the consumer side the police and other agencies can. Hope this helps for some of you to get money back.

I ordered a child's toy, I used PayPal, and when the payment went through it did NOT say 'AgentMart', but SalvadorAlvidrez

[email protected]. I got a UPS tracking number, and it said 'delivered' but was clearly a fake tracking number. Product never delivered.
