This individual has been with this agent for well over 20+ years and now, they are nearing an elderly age and the agent suggested that she apply for term care. The initial application cost 150 and the agency provided vague details on the expectancy of any notice on the application process, full disclosure. After a few months, was then told that they were not qualified and did not receive a refund. The main concern in regards to filing this complaint is, this agency had taken all their sensitive information. Those informations include Social Security, Retirement, Property deeds, their personal assests, just to name a few. This is so that other familiies of those with the elderly, are warned before considering this company.
