Their shoulder brace has a 60-day guarantee period to try the product. Many people find that this shoulder brace is all that they need to reduce their pain and for them, it is a wonderful purchase. For me, it did not make that much of a difference, and I decided to return it. No where in their advertising does it tell you that the product is sent from ITALY and if you do need to return it you will have to pay the return postage. For this, you will need to go the USPS and fill out a USPS Customs Declaration and Dispatch Note and then pay approximately $21 to send the product back! It is very difficult to contact the company as they offer no phone numbers or addresses in their advertising. I had to write many emails (this is their only method of contact offered) in order to ask where my brace was when it was not delivered in a timely manner and then when requesting a return mailing label. After many attempts to request a return mailing label, I wrote an almost nasty request and finally was sent an address to which the product should be returned and was given this address: Age Relief, Strada diMadriolo 50, 33043 Cividale del Friuli UD, Italy! If I had known the product was coming from Italy and would need to be returned to Italy if unsatisfactory for my needs, I would have never purchased it. I found this to be not forthcoming and unethical on the part of the company. They may have a product that works for some people, but if you need to actually contact them or return the product--BEWARE!

On Facebook there was an ad for shoulder pain. I ordered a brace and received it. I decided after it made the pain worse I would return it on their 60 day refund policy. I filled out the form on their web site but NO RESPONCE. All the emails while waiting for the product and the follow up phone text messages has no return address
