posting on Facebook alleges product is effective medical treatment; offers two for one price and other related products (pain cream) which I also purchased. Email I recieved indicated tracking for the delivery. The tracking went to a black hole with no information. When I realized it was a scam, I called and canceled the transaction on my card. The shoulder brace arrived several week later without the additonal cream product but there was a bill for the total of both products, The cream was never received. This is clearly a scam and not a reputable company. Thay are apparently getting the products from China - which is why the tracking does not work. There is no address and no phone number listed for the company but a vague reference to having started the company in Chicago, IL.
