I place a order on Nov 23,23 never received my package. I reach out to the company Dec 12,23 to inquire about my item. They claim they never received a order from me. I then told them that is was going to report them then they found my order. They claim it was lost and sent me a tracking number when I to open it it was a communication from China. Then I knew I was scammed. I requested that they send me a refund I still haven't received any thing.
