His name is Ray, in his mid 40’s running a scam computer business. We called on the phone and met for him to repair my 2010 Macbook. He never repaired it. He gave me a loaner laptop that belongs to him while he agreed to continue to repair my laptop and I had to pay him some money in order to do so. But now he is refusing my calls and avoiding me and told me to stop contacting him. He refuses to give back my laptop. His “business” number is his own personal number and he is never at the “office” of his. He promised me to repair it and kept telling me one more week every time I called but never did. This isn’t the first time. There are reviews of the same thing happening on the internet.
