Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service
It sounded like they were working out of an apartment or an office building.
I was starting a business called Nick click, it was going to be a photographer website for selling photography all went well for about a month with them and then they stopped delivering what they said they would and it was just an endless flow of excuses and why things weren't happening,
Then I knew something was up, so I did some research, now seven months later I know for a fact they it is a scam.
There Are over 20 people in on this scam, I have most of the names if they are their names,
Vice president is Tyler Scott, and the designers are Alex Martin, Andrew Shaw, Darwin Barrett, Dave green, Dylan Green, Micheal Morgan.
Don’t Hire Them!!! You will be sorry!!!!
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
I had a terrible experience and poor service, and asked for a refund. I spoke to "Tony" and "Alex" who is apparently the project manager.
They have ghosted me since I have requested a refund, and have left me with an incomplete website.
Please read the bad reviews, and ignore the good ones.
I would not recommend their services to anyone at all.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL & TOXIC! TOTAL SCAM!
After working 4-5 months with "Tyler Scott" and "Alex Martin" I was somehow passed off in July, 2022 to one of the affiliate companies, Agile Web Studios in San Jose, California. Tyler and Alex have another "company" called "THE MR WEB" (beware of them too).
I have not heard from either Tyler OR Alex since last July, 2022...not even an acknowledgment or heads up that I was being handed off or with any further detail.
Since then, it has been one of the most frustrating, stressful and unreliable experiences I have ever had working with any business. Many of the things I was promised from the very beginning before investing almost $15,000 of my own personal savings into this idea have not been delivered on.
- My app doesn't load half the time OR the content on it
- It is riddled with spelling mistakes
- The Business LLC registration has never been sent to me
- I've never seen a contract or formal invoice
- Website isn't a functioning website, but rather a basic dashboard system.
-They also breached contract by not providing me with back-end info (source code-SSH) that I own and paid for last year (see attachments).
It has been just awful. They are unreliable, unprofessional and terrible at their jobs.
Changes that he assures me will take 2-3 days at most sometimes take more than a month to see.
I have never been sent a contract or a formal invoice, and they continue to underdeliver.
When they do finally respond, it's like speaking with incompetent toddlers.
Terrible experience. I will be putting on every platform I can to warn people!

Agile Webstudios-No company is this incompetent by accident. This IS the business model.
They took it live on Jan 18th, wrought with problems. I traded weeks of feedback that they slowly integrated or changed, but by end of February, still much to be done and missing so much pre-paid functionality, I advised I was walking away due to their misinformation, outright lies of items they could not deliver in site with amateurish design, broken links, typos and clear copy/paste blog sections and pictures I created in Powerpoint just to give them ideas - they simply pasted those 'ideas pics' on the site.
I advised 2/28 that they could return my investment which, unfortunately, substantially more than of those who've reported before me, that they could return about 75% (I advised I'd pay for what I could see was at least some level of poor work, but work none-the-less), and if I heard nothing by March 7th, I take that as their decline to my settlement offer, but either way was done due to now 10 months of terrible work and no urgency to complete decent work on time.
My site is Jobwyn.com - I welcome anyone to check it out, look at the high quality(yes, that is a joke), blog section, the 'ease' of registration and signing in, as well as the 'about' section with non-working links, missing icons, and footer images with nonsense words. I saw the writing on the wall at the 4 month mark and went to Upwork and found a great design team who built a second site that is beautiful. My goal in October was that, best case I will have 2 sites to work in back and forth traffic, and worst case I would have just the one, but one I could run a business with - and with the Jobwyn/Agile money already spent, there was little recourse but legal action for which I hired an attorney months ago to prepare for this latest/final development. He believes there is far more criminal activity than civil and I am pursing both, and encourage everyone to do likewise.
And interesting comment on another site 'scampulse' that highlights the many accents with all-american names. It is not the accents but the fact that everyone I talked to - Steven Clark-CTO, Tyler Scott-VP, Alex Martin and Michael Morgan-PMs, all seem to have two first names as both first and last. I'm sure it's just a coincidence...
Unlike the 4 positive reviews that all coincidentally came within 3 days of each other on trustpilot and cite no actual work, logo, website, yet show 4 'highly satisfied' Agile clients with first names only and pics from Pexels I'm guessing - those were deemed authentic. Nice algorithm. There are many more avenues to share this article, social media, as well as the legal course, all of which are forthcoming - this is just the start. Thanks to all for sharing your stories, and best of luck to the true, honest entrepreneurs out there - don't give up!

I have been through a dozen project managers and developers who all failed to deliver "said branding package"! (Rexx No Last Name Ever, Madison Stinley, Solomon G., Benjamin Clark, David Martinez, Tyler Scott (VP), to name a few.)
It took almost A YEAR just to get my logo and a freaking BUSINESS CARD! I couldn't even get my business off the ground!
TODAY IS JANUARY 26, 2023, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE AN ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE! 15 MONTHS LATER AND YET, THEY STILL REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND!
After posting a bad review May 2022, they begged me to take down, after making a multitude of promises and making my file a priority (so I thought). I even paid another $300 to get some add-ons to my website hosting and not only did they NOT DELIVER on those promises, but they also continue to lie and give me fake delivery dates. They are completely incompetent and deliver their product chock-full of spelling, grammatical and formatting errors EVEN THOUGH I have provided them with full illustrations AND sample website of EXACTLY what I want.
This is a company is full of snake-oil salesmen who have perfected their pitch to get your money, but does not have the staff with the experience and/or skillset to fulfill anything you ask for. It appears they take your directives then try to translate it to their group of "developers" (who seem to be people in a foreign land) because they can't even type an address correctly according to US standards. They have a revolving door of people you have to continually start over with and JUST TODAY...TODAY, they asked me if I can provide them with a copy of my ORIGINAL INVOICE!
THIS IS THE WORST, MOST PAINFUL, DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE for me as a minority-owned business owner who was trying to start their own business, during a Pandemic no less, after losing my corporate job. At this point, they have cost me over a year of potential revenue, staff, and clients. My reserves have dwindled down to almost NOTHING, trying to keep my company afloat! IT'S DOWNRIGHT CRIMINAL and I'm having to seek legal counsel, which is going to cost me even more money!
I will be filing complaints against this company anywhere I can to alert the public, so BUYER BEWARE!
DON'T BE DUPED BY THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I HAVE 15 MONTHS OF EMAILS AND TEXTS THAT I AM WILLING TO SHARE TO ANYONE ELSE SEEKING JUSTICE.
I REGRET THE DAY I EVER ENGAGED THESE CROOKS!

Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service
• Design a logo
• Trademark company name & colors
• Open an LLC for my business idea
• Build a website -
Initially, Agile Web Studios provided professional services that detailed a promising plan to accomplish the services bulleted above. However, I noticed inconsistencies, which leads me to believe that Agile Web Studios is a scam. I’ve outlined a few of the many inconsistencies. -
*Logo*
• A design logo was created after losing the first logo. I am pleased with the final logo, but the fact that the original logo was lost decreases my level of trust in the company. This was the first incident that caused me to suspect fraud. -
• I am not sure how much the logo cost because it was included in the overall price of the website.
*Trademark*
• In early August, I paid $2,495 to have the logo, company colors, and company name trademarked.
• Martin Garret (the project/account manager assigned to me after my original account manager, Alex, took a leave for "back surgery") connected me with their company attorney, Trevor Davis, who advised me of a trademarking process that was contradictory to what I was able to investigate by speaking directly to USPTO. For example:
o Above the $2,495 that I had paid for the trademarks, the attorney charged me an additional $2,500 due to the USPTO requiring additional classes to be filed for my trademark, but the USPTO office advised me that they would never require additional classes.
o The attorney also advised me that I was not able to switch lawyers because the USPTO office was only accepting the additional trademark classes from the original lawyer who filed the trademark application. USPTO also confirmed that this information is fictitious.
• When I confronted Agile Web Studios about the additional charges, they offered me a 50% discount on the $2,500 charge. I did not pay due to great suspicions of fraud.
• Although I was informed by Agile Web Studios on September 20, 2022, that the trademark request was in progress, I verified through public records that it wasn’t actually filed until November 2nd. Colors were not trademarked.
• I was not able to verify Trevor Davis as a certified attorney in the state's Bar Association, and I was told I could be given Trevor's ID, but it was never provided.
• The USPTO representative warmed me of scams and suggested that my experience sounded like a fraud case. -*
*Open an LLC*
• Agile Web Studios never opened an LLC as promised.
Website
• I provided a detailed explanation of what I wanted the home page for the website to look like in a meeting, including submitting a document with a visual for the home page expectations. However, the first draft of the website seemed like it was a copy and paste from another website, which was nothing like what I explained and provided. After several attempts of communication, the website started taking closer steps to what I requested.
• Several timelines were missed. For example, I was advised that I would receive a new draft by a certain date, but I would receive nothing to review.
• After I canceled services, the company sent me a draft for review, but I have not looked at it due to my suspicions of fraud.
• I paid $2,195 on July 5th as a deposit and was supposed to pay out the remaining balance when the website was completed. I also paid $2,267 in September to purchase memory for an LMS. The contract outlines that an LMS is included, but I got charged separately for the memory in September. -
There were more inconsistencies with this company, but I just highlighted a few here. I should have figured this was a scam because everyone from the sales rep to the CEO, and everyone in between, have strong accents, but they all have American names.
