I placed four orders on April 15, 2023, and June 8, 2023, respectively, on the websites https://assessmentwriter.co.uk/ and https://agradefromtoday.com/. They are two websites belong to same company. The orders involved data statistics and paper writing, totaling $6517. My account managers and I communicated via WhatsApp; their accounts are +447498000274 and +447864710537 respectively. Initially, they promised a refund by July 2023, but until now, it has not been received. In between, they referred me to an account manager whose WhatsApp account is +447983832171. Initially, she promised a meeting to discuss, then claimed maternity leave, followed by citing the Christm[censored]idays. Currently, no one from the website's direct responsible team has responded to me, and I cannot obtain a refund
