I purchased cat food from a Facebook page called agroovytalk. The money was taken from my account right away last month. I emailed them on July 3 asking when it would ship as it still said processing. Now it says it was delivered on 7/17 which is a lie. The phone number for customer service isn’t even connected. I have emailed multiple times with no response
